We process and ship all orders within 1 business day, unless stated otherwise.

Free Shipping Offers

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $120 USD (Worldwide).

  • Free Express Shipping on orders over $300 USD (US Only).

Note: Pre-sale items require an additional 10 business days for processing and will be shipped separately from regular items.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer shipping across all 50 U.S. states and 18 other countries:

  • Standard Shipping: 8-12 business days ($9 USD)

  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days ($18 USD)

  • 3-Day Shipping: 2-3 business days (from $30 USD)

Our shipping carriers include USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and OnTrac, selected automatically based on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

How Delivery Time is Calculated

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

For example, an order that requires 1 business day for processing and 8-12 business days for shipping (Standard Shipping) will arrive in 9-13 business days.

Please note: Transit times do not include weekends and holidays.

Possible Delays

International shipments may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, please reach out to us at info@ceciline.com, and we’ll coordinate with the carrier for an update.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order hasn’t left our warehouse, we will issue a full refund.

  • Once the package has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Customs & Taxes

In rare cases, your order may be subject to customs fees or duties charged by your local government. These charges are not covered by us and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for details.
