Return & Exchange Policy

  • All purchases (except accessories) can be returned to our Return Warehouse within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and all contents of the package must be intact.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Purchases Not Eligible for Return

  • Accessories can only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

Fast Refund

Most refunds are processed and fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return.

Kind Reminders

  • Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as return addresses.

  • Return packages must be authorized.
